1 ½ cup fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum graecum) (L. Papilionaceae)
2 ¼ cup red onions

How to make Abish
Wash fenugreek seeds in cold water and circulate on a clean cloth to dry. In a medium pan, roast the dried fenugreek seeds. Mix the fenugreek and onions hand in hand and pound using mortar and pestle. Let stand overnight, disseminate out on a clean cloth once more to dry. When completely dry gring to a fine powder and sift. Store in a covered container and apply since compelled.
