Collard green with meat – Gomen Besiga Gomen Besiga is a delicious dish served on everything occasions.

Equipment:
2 medium sized cooking pans

Elements of Collard green with meat:
1 Ib. collard greens
1 cup red onions (chopped)
½ Ib. meat with fat
4 medium green peppers, seeded and sliced (chili Anaheim) or (chili Jalepño)
2 cups water
½ tsp. garlic (chopped)
½ tsp. ginger (chopped)
1 cup butter
to taste salt

How to create Collard green with meat – Gomen Besiga
Wash and boil collard greens, till soft. Cook onion on a separate pan in mild heat for 5 minutes. Add meat to the onion and cook till meat is tender. Cut the collard greens in small pieces and put in to the meat. Add butter and fuel. Add the 2 cups of water and leave till the meat is done. Add garlic and ginger, cover pan and allow the water evaporate. Wash and unseed green peppers and put in in the pan for 10-20 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve hot. Serves 6-8.
