Cooked wheat & split wide ranging beans – Gulban Gulban is traditionally eaten on the Thursday earlierEaster. It is greatly delicious and filling. Red pepper is tossed in it to it a strong and spicy essence.

Stuff:
large cooking pot

Elements of Gulban Cooked wheat & split wide-ranging beans:
4 cups wheat flour
1 ½ cups split extensive beans
to taste salt
20 cups water

How to cook Cooked wheat & split wide-ranging beans
In a large cooking pot add the wheat flour and bring to boil, cut back the heat and simmer for about 2-1/2 hours. Add the salt, the widespread beans and cook for 25-30 minutes until the widespread beans are tender. When do away with from heat and serve hot. Serves 6.
