Cottage cheese mixed with highly pungent red pepper & spiced butter – Ayib Bemit’mit’a Ayib Bemit’mit’a is a delicious side order eaten with everything sorts of meal.

Component of Cottage cheese mixed with exceedingly hot red pepper & spiced butter:
1 Ib. cottage cheese
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. butter (spiced)
since expected salt
1 tsp. greatly strong red pepper (mit’mit’a) (Birds-Eye-Chili) (c. least amount of)

How to prepare Cottage cheese mixed with greatly strong red pepper & spiced butter
Mix cottage cheese, black pepper, butter, salt and mit’mit’a in the mixing bowl. Serve chilly or hot. Makes 4-6 servings. Refrigerate to store.
