Teemateem, Beqarya is a highly cool and refreshing vegetarian dish. It may be eaten with bread or injera.

3 large clean tomatoes
4 medium new chiles (green pepper) (chili Anaheim)
¼ cup red onions (chopped)
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
to taste salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
How to create Fresh tomatoes and green pepper – Teemateem, Beqarya
Wash tomatoes and chop into highly small pieces. Chop green peppers subsequent removing the seeds. Add oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and onions to the bowl and mix well. Add chopped tomatoes to the mixture and toss gently nevertheless well. Serve chilly. Serves 6. Refrigerate mixture in closed container.
