Fresh tomatoes and green pepper Teemateem, Beqarya is a exceedingly cool and refreshing vegetarian dish. It may be eaten with bread or injera.

3 large clean tomatoes
4 medium clean chiles (green pepper) (chili Anaheim)
¼ cup red onions (chopped)
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
to taste salt
¼ tsp. black pepper

How to fix Teemateem, Beqarya
Wash tomatoes and chop into highly small pieces. Chop green peppers next to removing the seeds. Add oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and onions to the bowl and mix well. Add chopped tomatoes to the mixture and toss gently suitable well. Serve chilly. Serves 6. Refrigerate mixture in closed container.
