1 ½ cups entire dried beans
2 cups red onions (chopped)
1 ½ cups oil
4 cups water
¼ tsp. garlic
½ tsp. basis ginger
¼ tsp. black pepper
3 medium green peppers sliced lengthwise with seeds taken away (bright ) (chili Anaheim)
to taste salt
4 medium injera
