Yeqey Sir Qiqqil Yeqey Sir Qiqqil is a vegetarian delight. It may be served for lunch during a hot day either as a side dish or a imperative road with other vegetables. Carrots are moreover ready in similar fashion without oil.

Ingredients of Yeqey Sir Qiqqil – Boiled beets:
4 medium beets
to taste salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. oil
5 cups water

How to cook Yeqey Sir Qiqqil Boiled beets
Cut leaves and wash beetroots thoroughly. In a medium cooking pan put in water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. When beetroot looks like tender, erase and peel. Cut the beetroot either in cubes or slice. Add the beetroot in a mixing bowl, mix the oil and the lemon juice separately, pour over the beetroot, and mix.
