Yogurt – Irgo – Food from the Outstanding Ethiopia

Irgo - Yogurt Irgo is to Ethiopia what yogurt is to the west. It is served with pungent and spicy stew since a side order. It minimizes the burning reaction since well as complimenting the strong spicy stew.

Equipment:
large cooking pot
large mixing bowl with cover

Ingredients:
5 cups milk
1 piece clean rue

How to prepare Yogurt
In a large cooking pot boil milk for three to five minutes. Pour milk in a large mixing bowl. Add rue and cover at room temperature for 3-5 days. Store in a cool place and apply because expected.
